We promise complete attention to detail in everything we do. Your package can be tracked at all-times via our API technology, so you know precisely where it is each day. Every shipment is tracked at least three times a day provided by live updates and alerts based on customer preference. If something seems wrong, we'll personally call and check on the status of your shipment and inform you of any issues as soon as possible!

Charles Johnson is the current President of CW Worldwide Inc. With over 30 years professional experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, he saw a lack within the logistics industry to provide excellent customer service and partnership for companies worldwide. In 2010, he started CW Worldwide in the basement of his home and set out to make his vision a reality. Over the course of the next 10 years, he has grown his business to reach customers and carriers internationally and became one of the most competitive brokers in the Chicagoland Area.
